- – A Default internal status is created automatically when plugin is installed, and applied to all existing orders that aren’t completed. You can rename it if you want.
- – Create custom statuses with your own label and color to match your workflow.
- – Choose which status is default for new orders (only one can be active at a time).
- – Enable Auto-Notify so assigned staff receive an email the moment that status is applied.
- – Add staff members with name, email, and optional role/department.
- – If an internal status is deleted, any orders using it automatically fall back to the default internal status.
- – Lightweight setup…no extra steps, everything works instantly with your existing WooCommerce orders.
